It all begins with a no cost or obligation meeting between a representative of A. M. SALES and the person who has ownership of the estate or is responsible for its disposition. At that meeting we come to an agreement as to the estimated value of the estate and how much we may be able to generate thru the estate sale. We also discuss the timing of the sale, the duration of the sale and any other items that may be relevant to this particular estate. All your specific considerations and concerns about your situation are discussed at that time.

Once contracted we then begin by organizing the entire contents of the estate by kind and value and making arrangements to display the material to maximize and enhance its marketability.

We even provide special display cases for valuables, small collectibles, keepsakes and jewelry.

At the same time we are evaluating, researching, appraising and pricing every saleable item in the estate to ensure that we generate the most revenue possible.

The next step is to advertise the sale in the local newspapers and other media, promoting it on our own website, distributing flyers in the neighborhood and promoting the upcoming sale in every way possible to ensure the largest audience. We also have a large following of antique dealers and collectors who we always notify of our upcoming sales.

On the actual days of the sale we provide crowd control procedures throughout the sale, as well as security when called for.

Once the sale days are ended, we arrange for the unsold items to be donated to the charity designated by the estate or returned to the executor of the estate. When items are donated to charity we transfer the valuable tax-deduction benefit to the individual responsible for the sale or other designated party.

And then finally, if desired, we can arrange for the premises to be "broom cleaned" and made ready for transfer of real-estate title.

And throughout the entire liquidation process we provide full liability insurance.
